Solid Rock started in January 2024 with two people and an idea about how recruiting could be done differently.

We've grown organically from 2 people to 23.

Not because we're trying to become the biggest recruiting company.

Because good people kept finding us.

When talented people feel trusted, valued, challenged, compensated, and given room to grow, they tell other talented people.

That's exactly what's happened here.

And we're just getting started.
